If You Screw This Up...

I can't believe the news that's coming out of Anfield. Steven Gerrard has instructed his agent to suspend negotiations with the club. The reasons are not clear, but it seems Liverpool have been prevaricating with the contract talks and Gerrard is pissed. This has now lead to Rafa Benitez, the Liverpool manaager, holding a press-conference practically begging Gerrard to stay. Humiliating.
